"I make homemade juices with whatever is in season. I rarely have coffee but I drink lots of tea. I start with a pot of tea at home and sip on herbal teas throughout the day at work."

"I work out six times a week. I do yoga two to three days with an instructor at my house, and the other days I walk uphill or run on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I'll also get a private trainer from time to time."

"Every day at 11 A.M., I get a drink with beets, kale, spinach, ginger, and lemon from Erewhon Market in Los Angeles. It's really spicy, so it takes me a couple of hours to finish, but it gives me energy all day, so I never feel sluggish. I also drink Pressed Juicery Detox 1 water: lemon water with liquid cayenne pepper. I mix it with alkaline water from my alkaline water machine and drink 50 ounces each day to flush out my body. Every morning I drink 38 ounces of alkaline water with a scoop of Macro Greens and Miracle Reds. I take wheatgrass, Pomegranate Plus, calcium, fish oil, and plankton supplements."

"I love fish, I eat way too much of it. At one point I got mercury poisoning because I was eating fish every day and night for 10 years. I try to avoid tuna but I still have fish most nights with vegetables."

"I exercise five days a week at home. I do sit-ups, weights for my upper body, and various floor or mat exercises to keep fit. I enjoy playing sports like soccer, cricket, and tennis, and I also love to bike ride. I don't want to lose weight, so I do the StairMaster for only 20 minutes. And I don't like running; I'll do anything to avoid it."

"It wasn't until I eliminated processed foods from my diet two and a half years ago that I felt and looked better. With a non-processed food diet, your cravings pass, but you still have an enormous selection of foods to choose from. I eat whenever I'm hungry, and I eat all the things I love and never feel bloated or have a food hangover."

"I like Pilates and yoga, but sports are easier on my body, and I enjoy the outdoors. I ski, hike, walk, bike ride, play tennis, swim, and water-ski. When I am trying to get in shape, I do Jillian Michaels's workout DVDs every day; they're challenging and offer variety."

"The year I spent working for Organic Avenue changed my outlook on eating. I cut out milk and most other dairy products and started keeping carbohydrates to a minimum. Now 70 percent of my diet is vegetables."

"I have pretty much stayed the same size for the past 20 years, and I do that with a high-protein, low-carb, and low-fat diet. I have a pair of size 2 Carolina Herrera gabardine pants that do not give, so if I can't fit into those, I know it's time to cut back. But I do love a delicious meal, and I believe in sinning big once a week."
