Is it truly a red-carpet event if Jennifer Lopez doesn't make a cameo?
The pop star and business mogul teased her arrival at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art on Instagram in a daring look courtesy of Ralph Lauren. Lopez gave a first glimpse on social media before arriving at the famed Met steps and showed off the rustic ensemble that included a plunging neckline, feathered trim, thigh-high slit, and coordinating cowgirl hat. Lopez paired the look with metallic silver strappy stilettos from her own DSW line.
She later hit the red carpet — sans her boyfriend Ben Affleck — to pose for the cameras.
Lopez has remained booked and busy in recent months, personally as well as professionally. The superstar has a number of high-profile projects on the horizon—including a mega-production deal with streaming giant Netflix, as well as her new beauty brand, JLo Beauty. Of course, a busy end to the year doesn't mean Lopez doesn't have time for a bit of globe-trotting with her rekindled beau.
Since reuniting with Ben Affleck earlier this summer, the pair have spent time on both coasts and also in the Mediterranean, stepping out for late-night dinners and private family parties, and even taking time to break the Internet with a casual couple-reveal post. Most recently, the pair made their official return to the red carpet—nearly 20 years after their original red-carpet couple debut—at the 78th annual Venice Film Festival, where the singer accompanied Affleck for the premiere of his new film The Last Duel.
