Zendaya has made her return to the Academy Awards red carpet in another modern, midriff-baring look.

Crafted by the superstar and her image architect Law Roach, the Dune star continue her penchant for giving new spins on classic silhouettes, pairing a cropped silk menswear shirt and a silver sequined floor-length skirt with a circular train. She accessorized the look with stacks of Bulgari Serpenti Viper single- and double-coil bracelets on both arms and wrists, along with a matching necklace and studded earrings. As for the beauty look, she wore her hair in a soft updo, with silver eyeshadow and a nude glossy lip.

This year's appearance caps off Z's stunning red-carpet streak while promoting her film Dune, which is nominated for 10 awards tonight including Best Picture. Her sci-fi inspired looks, incorporating structured silhouettes and Bulgari high jewelry, made a splash at Dune's Venice Film Festival and London premieres.

Though she was not nominated this year, the Emmy-winning star has already made several Oscars best-dressed lists at previous ceremonies for her extravagant looks and elegant clapbacks to controversy. For last year's ceremony, the Malcolm & Marie star chose a custom yellow cutout gown by Valentino with matching platform pumps by Jimmy Choo and a mermaid-inspired wave hairstyle. The vibrant look was completed by $6 million of Bvlgari high jewelry, including a statement necklace with a yellow, six-carat cushion-cut diamond.

As for when the superstar will be accepting her own Oscar statuette in the future, some of her upcoming roles include portraying Ronnie Spector in a biopic based on the Ronettes singer's life, as well as playing a tennis pro turned instructor in Call Me By Your Name director Luca Guadagnino's film Challengers. Of course, she's also set to return in the second Dune film, in which she'll have a larger role.
