When your named after a flower, it’s a lot easier to be self-referential (and chic) with your outfits. In the midst of promo for her latest film, Twisters, actor Daisy Edgar-Jones has been showing off her fashion game—and her latest head-to-toe-Gucci look included a flirty wink at her moniker.
Edgar-Jones was spotted leaving the Rosewood in London, and embracing the ongoing sheer trend with a black silk chiffon shirt from the Gucci Cruise 2025 collection. The long sleeve button-up was completely see-through and featured billowing sleeves and a chokerlike neck detail. Underneath, the Normal People star wore a tulle bra top, putting a lingerie spin on the summertime look.
But it was her skirt, also pulled from the Cruise ’25 collection, that really stole the show. The black and white midi featured a print that looked like a field of daisies—a flower choice we’re guessing was no coincidence.
As for the rest of her look, the actor kept the Gucci love going by accessorizing with a pair of slingback heels and the Italian fashion house’s beloved Jackie bag—both in a patent black leather.
These past few days, we’ve been treated to a feast of gorgeous outfits from Edgar-Jones as she kicks off the promotional cycle for Twisters. So far, the English star has stunned in a two-tone Vivienne Westwood dress that looked like the physical embodiment of a tornado, a coral-red Schiaparelli minidress that hearkened back to mid-20th-century style, and a pair of tan shortalls from Max Mara that brought workwear to the red carpet. Clearly, Edgar-Jones and her stylist, Dani Michelle, are taking their aesthetics wherever the wind blows.
