Florence Pugh makes every film better. She can take on any type of role and make it her own. Not surprisingly, she has the same effect on the red carpet.

During her Thunderbolts* press tour, the actor has repped everything from a black bodycon leather minidress, to a sheer gown, to a sculpted leather bra and high-waisted shirt (which she later joked on Instagram she couldn’t sit down in, but it was worth it).

But for the Los Angeles premiere of her movie, Pugh took a more romantic route via a ruffled mint dress from the Alexander McQueen Fall 2025 collection.

Because the strapless piece is McQueen, you know it includes a tapestry of textures and intricate designs. The sculpted corseted bodice is quickly overshadowed by the dress’ ruffled sweetheart neckline and a large ruffle that sways just above the waist. Meanwhile, the multi-layered asymmetrical skirt is covered in sheer, ruffled layers. In the back, sheer lace panels offer a slight glimpse of skin.

Another detail we love is the ribbon that hangs from the front, just brushing Pugh’s sparkly mint-green stiletto sandals from Aquazzura.

From every angle, the look is all fun and games.

Pugh let the gown take the spotlight, accessorizing it only with dangling diamond earrings and several silver rings. Her side-parted ’do channeled Old Hollywood in its glamour, and her rosy eyeshadow and lip gloss offered a warm contrast to her cool green look.

Pugh recently spoke to Harper’s Bazaar U.K. about getting more comfortable dressing for the red carpet. “It wasn’t until I realized I could have fun, and that other people enjoyed watching me having fun, that I could relax,” she told the magazine.

And fun she is having.
