One of the things making the new season quite so distracting is the fact that Australian actor Dacre Montgomery, who plays Billy Hargrove, won't stop walking around without a top on. And just as all the moms at the pool notice Billy's incredible abs, fans of the show have been similarly stunned by his incredible physique.
