- Josh O'Connor has been spotted filming a new scene for The Crown Season 4.
- The actor was photographed on the steps of The British Museum in London.
- His suit is reminiscent of several classic Prince Charles looks, including the outfit he wore for his official engagement photos.
Filming of The Crown Season 4 is well underway, and Josh O'Connor is reprising his role as Prince Charles.
While Emma Corrin has been photographed portraying Princess Diana on several occasion, O'Connor's Charles hasn't always been captured on camera. However, this weekend the star took to the steps of The British Museum, and was made up to look exactly like the Duke of Cornwall.
In particular, crew members tried to keep Prince Charles' classic hairstyle intact, despite the inclement weather.
Obviously, the real Prince Charles can often be found wearing a suit. However, O'Connor's outfit is particularly reminiscent of the suit Charles wore for his official engagement photos with Princess Diana.
In an interview with BAZAAR.com in November 2019, O'Connor opened up about what viewers can expect from Season 4 of Netflix's royal series. He revealed, "Ultimately, we all know what’s going to happen in Season 4 with a lot of the Diana years and where that went. I think it sets us up in a way where perhaps we feel some sympathy for Charles, some understanding of his playfulness and his rejection from the family. Camilla offers that, I guess, the playful side of Charles."
