Gianni Versace (Édgar Ramírez)
Venezuelan actor Édgar Ramírez plays world-famous fashion designer Gianni Versace, who was murdered on the steps of his Miami Beach home by serial killer Andrew Cunanan. Ramírez has starred in films such as Zero Dark Thirty, Joy, and The Girl on the Train and won a Cesar Award for his role as Carlos the Jackal in French-German miniseries Carlos.

Andrew Cunanan (Darren Criss)
Darren Criss, of Glee and American Horror Story: Hotel fame, plays serial killer Andrew Cunanan. Cunanan allegedly murdered five people, including Gianni Versace, before killing himself.

Donatella Versace (Penélope Cruz)
Oscar winner Penélope Cruz plays Gianni's younger sister, Donatella, who takes over the Versace brand after her brother's death. Donatella is currently the artistic director and vice president of Versace. In 2017, Cruz appeared in Murder on the Orient Express and Loving Pablo.

Ricky Martin plays Antonio D'Amico, who was Gianni Versace's partner of 11 years. Today, D'Amico keeps a relatively low profile while working on his own line of sportswear.
