The Lanesborough
The Oetker Collection has proven itself time and time again to be much more than just another luxury hotel group. In fact, they are among, if not, the best. The Lanesborough has always been an iconic London hotel, but since acquired and renovated by Oetker, The Lanesborough is a testament to the level of luxury they represent. The renovated property has maintained its historic charm, but has been revitalized to bring it to modern-day five-star status. While the original structure has some challenging room configurations, Oetker found ways to alleviate those concerns and draw the eye to the exquisite textures and color palettes of the hotel's rooms and suites. With Éric Fréchon overseeing the dining, you're not going to be disappointed in any dinner or lunch you eat in-house.

The Palomar
The move here is to get a seat at the counter. Palomar has incredible food, serving the cuisine of "modern day Jerusalem," channeling the cuisines of the varying cultures that influence the city culinarily–from "the rich cultures of Southern Spain, North Africa and the Levant." The interaction with the chefs is really what makes this place exceptional and memorable–but the food will be just as delicious eaten at a larger table if you're dining in a larger group.

Sketch
Sketch has one of the most interesting dining rooms and décor of any we've ever seen. It's very pink, very sweet–but quite chic. Afternoon tea is the time to go to enjoy the décor, you'll likely feel like a modern-day Marie Antoinette or Alice in Wonderland as you indulge in sweets while feeling like you're wearing rose-colored glasses. For dinner, bring a large group of friends–after dinner the crowd is lively and up for late night dancing.
