Raf Simons debuted his first collection at Calvin Klein this morning and the new creative director definitely didn't disappoint. Simons found a way to make one of Calvin's most iconic ads of all time—the 1980 denim ad starring Brooke Shields—a permanent part of the collection.

The creative director's inaugural collection had an emphasis on Americana turned on its head—which obviously meant a healthy dose of denim. He gave a nod to Shields's then-controversial campaign into a denim label on the back pocket of jeans and on a denim jacket:
