Given the current state of affairs in our country, it was inevitable that this New York Fashion Week would get political. Creative directors Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne debuted a collection that wasn't afraid to challenge the sentiments of President Trump's administration. Sweatshirts and jackets reading "We Need Leaders" hit the runway, reinforcing the designers' call-to-action this season:

The show marked Public School's official return to the NYFW calendar since creative directors Chow and Osborne ended their stint at DKNY back in December. And for the occasion, they certainly came back with a bang.
