What should you look for in an L-shaped sofa?
When it comes to picking out a sectional couch, there are a lot of factors to consider. "Make sure the cushions have a quality fill and sit comfortably–you can’t beat a good old fashioned sit test," says Goerzen. "Similarly, I prefer a little more seat depth to dial up the comfort, anywhere from 36-40 inches. Because corner sectionals tend to be on the more expensive side–they’re larger after all–I recommend looking for quality materials and construction that will stand up–and sit comfortably–over time. Some key criteria that check the quality boxes: kiln-dried, solid wood frames to avoid warping, steel spring seating suspension, high-resiliency foam or down and feather fill, not to mention long warranties."
