Consider tonight's plans solved

By

Who doesn't love a good mystery? There's nothing quite like the thrill of piecing together an extra twisty puzzle, especially when some of your favorite actors are the ones bringing it to life.

Luckily, there's been no shortage of such series on TV over the years—especially as of late. From comedy-dramas like Only Murders in the Building and Poker Face to psychological thrillers such as The Undoing and Sharp Objects, the genre's offerings are as dynamic as they are intricate, unpredictable, and downright addicting. Take The White Lotus, for example, which over the past three seasons has become a cultural phenomenon. While its bold fashion, stunning locations, and exuberant characters are all part of the fun, it's the mystery at each season’s heart that keeps viewers completely hooked.

To solve your browsing rut (or simply awaken your inner sleuth), dive into Bazaar's list of the best mystery shows below.
