Shapewear isn't for everyone—and it's not always essential—but when it comes to the necessities underneath it all, consider comfort, first and foremost, and speak with your bridal stylist or sales consultant in fittings about the undergarments you'll feel best wearing with your wedding gown and other looks surrounding the aisle. It's not always about the bra. In fact, a corseted gown shouldn't require one.

Clingy fabrics, bias-cut slips, and column cuts, however, might warrant all seamless underpinnings (instead of something lacy); a daring neckline might need a supportive bodysuit to keep everything in place, and a sheer skirt might benefit from a full-coverage brief or a seamless half-slip. From slimming shapewear to seamless skivvies, these are the go-to bridal styling accessories you'll want on hand in your bridal trousseau.
