Don't worry, it's not just you—even American Horror Story: Cult's Sarah Paulson gets scared easily. The actress got startled not once, but three times during her visit to The Ellen Show today, and she screamed just as hard each time. She got one scare in her dressing room, and two during the show itself, mid-interview.

In addition to getting freaked out on Ellen, Paulson also has to deal with her real-life fears in AHS. She revealed that showrunner Ryan Murphy intentionally included her actual phobias into the show when he wrote this season.

"I don't like clowns, I have a fear of heights, I have a fear of bees," Paulson listed. The actress also revealed she has trypophobia, which is a fear of clusters of small holes. "I just think they're disgusting," she explained to Degeneres.

Whether she's really scared on screen or just acting it out, Paulson's performance in AHS is nonetheless amazing.
