For me, packing for a trip to Paris is anxiety-inducing and involves me turning my entire wardrobe upside down in search for the chicest pieces, overstuffing my carry-on with all the shoes and bags I could possibly need and having unrealistic expectations about the person I will be once I’m there. Sure, I’ll tie a silk scarf around my head every day, even though I’ve never once done that at home.
All this to say, seeing Kendall Jenner’s Parisian wardrobe this week has taught me a valuable lesson: just pack your essentials — and a few standout pieces here and there.
This Monday, the supermodel stepped out for a coffee run in the City of Light in a quietly luxurious look. The standout piece of the outfit was a long ivory top with a scoop neck, breezy sleeves, and hidden buttons. The relaxed blouse fell down to Jenner’s thighs, where the perfect airy black trousers took the spotlight.
Jenner finished the easy, polished ensemble with black ballerina flats with little bows, sleek black shades, and the Row’s massive Soft Margaux 15 bag in black leather, which is currently sold out.
Jenner’s hair, for this look, was down in a sleek French bob.
Jenner carried the same bag, accessorised with the same sunglasses, and seemingly wore the same black pants (or very similar ones) three days prior. Then, the 818 founder styled the staples with a sand-coloured cashmere sweater, which she layered over a classic white T-shirt. For shoes, she slipped into a pair of caramel-brown leather moccasins that she wore with white socks. She completed the ensemble with tiny gold hoop earrings, a tight bun, and a glossy berry lip.
