Our chef is looking dapper on the Screen Actors Guild Awards red carpet.
Jeremy Allen White joined his costars from The Bear at the award show in Los Angeles tonight. He was stylish in a black three-piece suit involving a sharp blazer, a button-up vest, and flared pants.
He wore the vest over a crisp white dress shirt and finished his look with glossy black dress shoes. But the real pièce de résistance was his brooch—the comeback accessory of the year. His was a silver-and-gold star-inspired piece that he pinned to his lapel.
White has been praised and showered with awards for his performance as Chef Carmy in the series. And tonight he is up for a major prize, in the category of Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series.
He'll be competing against some beloved greats: Martin Short (Only Murders in the Building), Harrison Ford (Shrinking), Adam Brody (Nobody Wants This), and Ted Danson (A Man on the Inside). White has taken the SAG Award in this category two years in a row (2023 and 2024)—time will tell if he snags this year’s actor statuette too.
White’s The Bear costars Ayo Edebiri and Liza Colón-Zayas are also nominated for their performances in the show. And together, the restaurant staff is nominated for the Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series award.
As fans know, White is currently dating costar Molly Gordon (who plays his love interest in the show), but the two have not made their romance red carpet-official just yet.
