When we start spotting stars all across New York City, you know the Met Gala is just right around the corner.
Tonight, the 2025 Met Gala will take place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, where the coinciding Costume Institute exhibit will center around the theme: “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” The dress code for the evening will be “Tailored for You,” with a focus on suiting and menswear.
But while we’re anxiously waiting to see what our favorite celebrities will wear for the first Monday in May, we already got a glimpse of the style to come with a few pre-Met Gala parties, which were hosted by brands like Moda Operandi, LaQuan Smith, and more, and attended by celebrities like Sabrina Carpenter, Anne Hathaway, Laura Harrier, Ariana DeBose, and Rihanna, among others.
