Duchess Meghan is radiating joy.
Author, entrepreneur, and podcast host Jamie Kern Lima shared a teaser video announcing Meghan as her next guest. It marks the first time the Duchess of Sussex has sat down for a podcast interview, and in it, she leaves everything on the table.
In the video interview, Meghan is makeup-free and glowing. She sits on a sofa for the chat, cosy in a simple black jumper with the names of her kids—Archie and Lilibet—embroidered in white at the collar (it's a piece fans would recognise, as she has previously donned the garment on her Instagram).
She paired the jumper with matching trousers, plus some failsafe white trainers. Her hair was down in easy waves, and her natural freckles shone through.
“Meghan is opening up like never before, and shares real, raw and soul-filling stories, insights and inspiration. I’ve never cried so much in an interview, in the BEST possible way!” Lima wrote in her post caption. “And she and I decided to do the episode the same way we spend most of our time together – with no makeup on, in our sweats, and cosied up in these two rocking chairs I have at my house. And today, we’re inviting YOU to join us in the rocking chairs!”
In the interview, Meghan talks about her family, her businesses, the scrutiny that comes from being in the spotlight, and the things that bring her joy. In one clip from the teaser, she is seem wiping tears from her eyes while laughing lightly. “I wasn’t expecting that one. This is why it’s so nice to not have make-up on,” she says.
