Duchess Meghan is radiating joy.
This morning, author, entrepreneur, and podcast host Jamie Kern Lima shared a teaser video announcing Meghan as her next guest. It marks the first time the Duchess of Sussex has sat down for a podcast interview, and in it, she leaves everything on the table.
In the video interview, Meghan is makeup-free and glowing. She sits on a couch for the chat, cozy in a simple black sweatshirt with the names of her kids—Archie and Lilibet—embroidered in white at the collar. (She has worn the sentimental piece before, on her Instagram.)
She paired the sweatshirt with matching sweatpants, plus some trusty white sneakers. Her hair was down in easy waves, and her natural freckles shone through. What we know for sure? We need her skincare routine immediately.
“Meghan is opening up like never before, and shares real, raw and soul-filling stories, insights and inspiration. I’ve never cried so much in an interview, in the BEST possible way!🥹❤️,” Lima wrote in her post caption. “And she and I decided to do the episode the same way we spend most of our time together – with no makeup on, in our sweats, and cozied up in these two rocking chairs I have at my house. And today, we’re inviting YOU to join us in the rocking chairs!”
In the interview, Meghan talks about her family, her businesses, the scrutiny that comes from being in the spotlight, and the things that bring her joy. In one clip from the teaser, she is seem wiping tears from her eyes while laughing lightly. “I wasn’t expecting that one. This is why it’s so nice to not have makeup on,” she says.
