For any devotees of Duchess Meghan’s coastal California style, it comes as no surprise to see the duchess dressed to the nines in elegant gowns, streamlined suits, and luxurious Cartier jewelry. But, as a self-proclaimed champion of high-low fashion, Meghan also knows how to mix in some more relatable pieces into her day-to-day wardrobe. She happened to do just that in her latest Instagram post.

On Thursday, the Duchess of Sussex shared a rare video of herself hard at work in her home studio, capturing behind-the-scenes footage from the making of her new Lemonada podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder. Sitting on a gray velvet tufted couch in front of her laptop stand and a mic, Meghan looked comfortable while dressed in an outfit that fellow work-from-home workers might relate to. She simply wore a slouchy cream sweater, black leggings, and black headphones.

“So grateful for the love and support,” Meghan wrote in the caption. “Keep listening to ‘Confessions of a Female Founder’ anywhere you get your podcasts 💫

Meghan dropped the first episode of Confessions of a Female Founder earlier this week. She featured a candid conversation with her close friend, Whitney Wolfe Herd, who is the founder and CEO of dating app Bumble.

During the episode, Meghan described her work-life balance as a mom of two young children: Archie, six, and Lilibet, three. “We became moms in the pandemic, post-pandemic culture, where there is so much working from home,” she said. “I don’t leave the house to go to an office; my office is here.”

She added, “Lili still naps. She gets picked up early and she naps. She only has a half day in preschool. If she wakes up and wants to find me, she knows where to find me, even if my door is closed to the office. She’ll be sitting there on my lap during one of these meetings with a grid of all the executives. … I wouldn’t have it any other way. I don’t want to miss those moments. I don’t want to miss pickup if I don’t have to. I don’t want to miss drop-off.”
